Regulations for the return of new goods

Return of goods that have already been ordered or received is generally possible in compliance with the following provisions:

The goods must not be older than 3 months / 90 days and must reach GEZE GmbH within this period The goods are unused and have not been assembled since then The goods are undamaged and in the original packaging The goods are in stock and not custom-made The goods are not discontinued items The online return/complaint form must be enclosed with the returned goods

When returning goods, processing costs are incurred, which are deducted when creating the credit note following the re-storage:

20% of the net value of the goods, but at least a fee of €50, provided the goods are in perfect condition

and in the original packaging.
