GEZE at the Construction Summit in Hamburg
How can buildings be operated in a smarter, more secure and more cost-effective way? At the Construction Summit, GEZE will demonstrate how myGEZE Connectivity transforms automatic doors and windows into smart, networked systems.
This opens up new opportunities for investors and operators: Integration into the building automation system allows doors and windows to be monitored and controlled centrally – ensuring greater security, enhanced comfort and true barrier-free accessibility in day-to-day operations.
But what does that actually mean for your project?
At our stand, we’ll use real-life examples to show you how the investment pays off: Using our ROI calculator, we work out on a case-by-case basis when networking pays off financially – transparent and tailored to your building.
In addition, we will be offering a masterclass providing in-depth insights into the potential of connected building access systems – from planning through to operation.
Zugspitze Masterclass by GEZE: 22 April, 11 a.m.
Buildings are becoming increasingly digital – yet many systems are still planned in isolation. Doors, windows and smoke and heat extraction systems (RWA) in particular are often left out, even though they play a key role in comfort, safety and operating costs.
In our masterclass on 22/04/26 at 11 a.m., we will show why buildings must be conceived as interconnected systems and which opportunities arise from this: from greater efficiency and safety through to tackling skilled-labour shortages, meeting sustainability requirements and complying with regulatory specifications.
Using concrete use cases, you will learn how myGEZE Connectivity makes buildings smarter – and why holistic building automation already pays off today.

GEZE Connectivity Consultant Markus Benecke © GEZE GmbH
Markus Benecke has been working for many years on how buildings can become smarter, safer and more economical through networked security and automation systems. As a communications electronics technician and certified business economist, he combines technical know-how with a business management perspective. His focus is on integrating door and window technology into building automation and hazard management systems. In his projects, he demonstrates how networking previously isolated systems creates new potential – from more efficient operational processes to increased safety and transparency for operators and investors.
